Visitation Location

 

Subject to any court-imposed restrictions, the location can be chosen by the person being monitored with the consent of the custodial parent and the Monitor. Choices include parks, malls, relative's home, playgrounds, restaurants and hotel rooms for out of town visitors, etc. Amusement parks, movies, swimming pools and spas are difficult places to provide safety for children. In the case of transportation between locations, the Monitor should always be with the child(ren).
